japan day two

ah yesterday was so much fun! we got going in the am (it took forever to get Danyal going and ready, he is such a girl!) first stopped at starbucks for a bit of breakfast (we gave in but it was only pastries and coffee and really good!) and mapped out our days adventure. We then proceeded to experience the finest transportation system - the JR rail. It was great, even better than NY system. Very easy and takes you everywhere!

First we went to Shibuya for a bit of shopping - it was amazing. We came across the biggest and busiest pedestrian crossing. Seriously hundreds of people crossing every which way! We found an atm that would take foreign cards (Citi bank go figure but the japanese pronounced it shitty bank haha!) and got out some cash. Then came the shopping! Oh it was SO fun. I litterally bought an outfit and put it on myself while we were shopping. It all started with this skirt that has stars on it and then I needed a top to match, shoes to match, found an adorable star necklace that matched and then I needed to buy a bag to put all of my old clothes in haha! Clothes are pricey here though, usually 30 to 40 bucks for one shirt. And everything is crazy! All of the clothes have wild colors and prints and buttons and zippers and hoods with bunny ears attached. Its really wild and different but the japanese look great. I bought some pretty awesome funny stuff. The first mall we went too had 8 floors and it was all womens clothing! We stopped at this shop on the street and only had hosery - i took a picture of these rainbow stripped kneehighs. They were pretty great.

There are SOOO many people here. It just reminds me how small I am. Anyway, gots to go, have someone waiting for the free internet! Love you and let me know if you don`t want to receive emails.
